Find High-Quality, Affordable Health Insurance Now!

Show Me Coverage is here to help you get health insurance you can afford through the Health Insurance Marketplace or Medicaid.

The Health Insurance Marketplace is a website where you can find high-quality health insurance plans if you don’t get insurance through a job. These plans are required to cover the care you need. Even better: Most people get discounts to help them afford the plans.

IMPORTANT: Medicaid annual eligibility renewals have begun. To avoid losing your coverage, be sure Medicaid has your current address. Contact a Show Me Coverage health insurance Navigator, listed below, for help.

If you do lose your Medicaid coverage, don’t panic. Our Navigators can help you re-apply or apply for other affordable insurance.

Open Enrollment for 2025 plans will begin November 1, 2024.

However, you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. A Navigator can help you find out if you qualify if you miss Open Enrollment.

What is Show Me Coverage?

Show Me Coverage is a project of the Missouri Primary Care Association (MPCA) to help Missourians enroll in affordable health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicaid. It includes 19 community health centers that provide free in-person help so people understand their coverage options and can successfully get, keep and use their health insurance.

New Coverage Option: Medicaid Expansion.

Thanks to a new Missouri law, more low-income Missourians can now get covered through Medicaid. For example, if you are a single adult making less than $1,883 a month, or a parent in a family of three making less than $3,228 a month, you might be able to get free Medicaid health insurance. If you’ve tried to get health insurance before and it was too expensive, now is a great time to try again. You can apply for Medicaid year-round.
